I’ve been a loyal Cavender’s shopper over the years! I was happy when Cavender’s came to San Angelo! But twice in the past two months I’ve gone in, and not one single employee has said hello or offered to help me! I know employees make commissions off of sales, so I was pretty upset when an employee tried to get commissions off my sales last night when no one helped me at all! I’ve never been so disappointed in a shopping experience. I went in tonight an hour before close to look for boots. The store was relatively dead. For about 15 minutes, I poked through a mediocre selection of boots and finally found a nice pair I was interested in. I waited on the aisle for another few minutes hoping someone would come by. They didn’t.
