Terrible customer service and completely unprofessional. My family and I visited the store and the entire time the associates behind the counter offered no help and stared at us the whole time. My daughter needed a diaper change so we left the store to change her in the car. While changing her I noticed the ENTIRE staff standing at the front door staring at us. Dylan welcomed us in and helped us with every question we had helped us find the perfect pair of boots and even took them to the front counter so we could continue shopping without carrying anything. 10/10 service if you go to cavenders and need any help ask for Dylan!!
ETA - horrible return policy. Boot Barn is way better. Everyone was super helpful and quick to help me, except for Emma… Who just said “I don’t know,” then walked away when I asked her to help me find a pair of boots. Then stood there and looked at me while I was trying to check out. The girl who stepped in to check me out was very nice and apologetic! Overall, great store w lots of selection. Staff might need more training if they’re going to be “helping” people.
