I’m not sure if he still works there, but a few years ago I had purchased some boots here and an older gentleman named Michael helped me a ton. He was absolutely amazing and helped me find the boots I wanted, he fitted them to my calves perfectly, and was extremely patient with my friend and I. He also helped my friend find the cowboy hat he wanted and also fitted that to his liking. Michael was absolutely amazing and I would 100% recommend him to help anyone.
ETA - horrible return policy. Boot Barn is way better. Everyone was super helpful and quick to help me, except for Emma… Who just said “I don’t know,” then walked away when I asked her to help me find a pair of boots. Then stood there and looked at me while I was trying to check out. The girl who stepped in to check me out was very nice and apologetic! Overall, great store w lots of selection. Staff might need more training if they’re going to be “helping” people.
Had great selection! Only gets four stars because it doesn’t have a that small town western store feel! Just a personal preference!
Be careful ordering from this store even if you are ordering in the store with associates, they gladly accept your money & then never are able to receive the product you paid for. Total ripoff
I visited the store for the first time yesterday. I absolutely love this store. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The store was very clean and organized. It has a vast variety of boots and jeans for women. I will certainly go back.
