I came in a for a pair of boots a few weeks ago. I needed a pair at that moment. The Younger male employee (forgot his name) was super friendly and helpful. I’ve been to a lot of different Cavender’s their service was nothing compared to this store. This location blew all the other store out of the water!
Stopped in for boots. My 2 needed new boots. No help at all after the 3rd attempt to get help we left. The kid is more worried about trying to act cool with the female employee to help.
Stopped here before going back to Dallas. The customer service was exceptional everyone was really nice and helpful. Jesse did a wonderful job! Will be coming back soon!

I enjoy the product but MAN is it overpriced! A good place to get ideas, but I couldn't bring myself to spend so much.
