I had a such positive experience with Residential Mortgage Solutions . I refinanced my house and Vittorio Bongiorno was beyond professional through out the process. Cazle Mortgage secured two loans for my family and I to purchase the home of our dreams. No complaints there. After closing, as many mortgage service providers do, they "sold" one of the loans to another company. I repeatedly reached out to both Cazle and the other company over the next two months in order to make my first mortgage payment on time, as the company that they sold our loan to didn't recognize our names in the system and ultimately, never received our loan. I hired XAP Credit because Wells Fargo was reporting late payments on my credit reports from last year when we had an agreement that I would defer payment because of covid. Wells Fargo didn't charge me any late fees but reported 6 late payments in my credit reports which lowered my scores into the 500s. I tried dealing with the credit bureaus myself and called WF so many times but they never removed the late payments. I tried using Credit Saint but all they did was dispute and nothing changed.
