Better late than never! We woke up last Thursday without hot water. Could not happen at any worst time. There's a 2 month old baby in the house and we are searching for somebody that provides same day service. We found CB SMITH PLUMBING. Joe and Cody responded immediately and were diagnosing the water heater right away. Joe quickly found the problem and advised us it was the disconnect panel that went bad and more than likely the water heater was fine. Joe came out and assessed the problem with my kitchen sink drain pipe in an outside wall. He explained how it could repaired without opening the wall. He addressed all of my questions and gave me a reasonable quote. Today he returned and made the necessary repairs. I appreciated his calling to let me know he was on his way on both visits and that he wore shoe covers when entering the house. Joe and Chris did an awesome job with our bathroom vanity. They had to move the plumbing and center the vanity. Looks Great. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend CB Smith Plumbing.
Mr Mike Welch was an excellent communicator and listener. Knowledgeable and great at explaining and answering all questions. Very thorough with his work. He was the only person who answered the call in emergency for a suspected burst pipe. He was extremely professional and kind during a stressful situation.
