I gave them my bike on a Wednesday and told that it will be available the following Tuesday. But then I got called in Thursday saying it was done!! Pleasant surprise! Then I expected to overpay like I usually do and they gave me some discounts and it was very affordable!!! I appreciate their help on fixing my bike that I’ve never had serviced in the last 10 years. Thanks! I’ll be back!
The guys at CBI bike are awesome! They fixed my bike when my petal decided it didn’t want to be attached anymore :/.. they also helped find tires and such for a couple scooters that I’ve had since I was kid. Thank you so much guys! This store is 👍👍 on my book and I will go back!

Such amazing customer service! I've been to a few other bike shops in town and by far this is the best service I have received. The prices are awesome and so far, I haven't seen better pricing in the Pocatello area. Not once did I feel less-than for one of my questions, even though I'm a complete newbie. This is the best place to buy a bike, bike accessories, or just get your ride tuned up! I can't wait to hit the trails and then come back for more goodies this spring!
I could not be happy enough with the service and professionalism. I had a bike in that had issues with the chain skipping teeth. Jaren not only went above and beyond he took time to explain everything to me and personally spent time on my bike to make sure it was fixed. This has been a long time headache resolved. Thank you guys for an awesome job done.
