I have purchased 2 bikes from CBI. I have been very impressed with the sales and service. They have a great selection of brands and styles. The staff is very patient and answers all the questions I have ever had. The service department is thorough and responsive. The are always busy but they seem to work things out the match or meet your schedule. I would highly recommend checking these guys out! Randy ( Happy Customer )
I had a great experience with CBI Bikes! Melissa was amazing — she remembered me each time I came in, helped me load my bikes, and took time to show me how to use my bike rack. There was a small mix-up with my tires, but they made it right quickly and professionally. Honest, fair, and great service all around. I’ll be bringing all my bikes here from now on. They’re a newer shop navigating Idaho Falls’ growing pains, so give them a little grace — they’re doing a fantastic job!
It was my first time at my CBI and, I think it's gonna be my last. My brother shipped me his old mountain bike which it cost him over $3000 back then. He had it sitting out on his balcony for a long time because he stopped riding it. Which made it build up some rust and, it didn't look nice and clean. I brought it in to CBI so they can put it back together for me. I can already tell, whoever worked on it, he didn't care to do what he was supposed to do. We popped a tire on our BOB jogging stroller. Brought it in and CBI had it fixed within literally minutes! They also said we could bring our Trek bike in for an adjustment to fit our handlebar toddler seat. Amazing customer service and very reasonable prices!! I'd give them six stars if I could!
My experience with Trenton at CBI Bikes was top shelf. I would recommend CBI Bikes to anyone who wants great customer service and excellent products.
