I have purchased 2 bikes from CBI. I have been very impressed with the sales and service. They have a great selection of brands and styles. The staff is very patient and answers all the questions I have ever had. The service department is thorough and responsive. This is our first e-bike, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! The Aventon Adventure M is smooth, powerful, comfortable, and so much fun to ride. It feels very stable and easy to handle, even for beginners. The pedal assist makes riding enjoyable without being overwhelming, and the overall quality is top-notch. I went in looking for a mountain bike for my kid on a limited budget. They sold us a Rocky Mountain at a phenomenal price. SO grateful to these guys for everything. This is the 2nd time we've gone there and they've earned a customer for life.
I had a great experience with CBI Bikes! Melissa was amazing — she remembered me each time I came in, helped me load my bikes, and took time to show me how to use my bike rack. There was a small mix-up with my tires, but they made it right quickly and professionally. Honest, fair, and great service all around. I’ll be bringing all my bikes here from now on. They’re a newer shop navigating Idaho Falls’ growing pains, so give them a little grace — they’re doing a fantastic job!
