I have purchased 2 bikes from CBI. I have been very impressed with the sales and service. They have a great selection of brands and styles. The staff is very patient and answers all the questions I have ever had. The service department is thorough and responsive. I had a great experience with CBI Bikes! Melissa was amazing — she remembered me each time I came in, helped me load my bikes, and took time to show me how to use my bike rack. There was a small mix-up with my tires, but they made it right quickly and professionally. Honest, fair, and great service all around. I’ll be bringing all my bikes here from now on. They’re a newer shop navigating Idaho Falls’ growing pains, so give them a little grace — they’re doing a fantastic job!
I recently had a major repair done on my bike by CBI and was very pleased with courteous service, the way that kept me informed and the quality of the repair. While I did not purchase my bike from them, when I went to their store I was very impressed the large inventory of bikes they have from a surprising number of top companies. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Great experience buying a Rad ebike from cbi. Called on a Friday and asked if they had a radster in and they did, they set it aside and had it ready for me. Took less then 10 minutes and it was all set up and ready to go.
