I have purchased 2 bikes from CBI. I have been very impressed with the sales and service. They have a great selection of brands and styles. The staff is very patient and answers all the questions I have ever had. The service department is thorough and responsive. I had a great experience with CBI Bikes! Melissa was amazing — she remembered me each time I came in, helped me load my bikes, and took time to show me how to use my bike rack. There was a small mix-up with my tires, but they made it right quickly and professionally. Honest, fair, and great service all around. I’ll be bringing all my bikes here from now on. They’re a newer shop navigating Idaho Falls’ growing pains, so give them a little grace — they’re doing a fantastic job!
Awesome bike shop! My Kona Process 153 was the perfect solution for enduro recommended by Trent and Mitch. I’ve had good experiences with Aaron and his mechanic skills. Melissa was super helpful in helping me find parts for my DH bike. This shop beats most with their prices and service.
Thanks Trenton. You guys ROCK! Crazy good deals at CBI right now. Wasn't planning on buying a bike but I couldn't pass up that good of a deal. Now I have a backup or E mtn bike for a friend to keep up. Great service. Good people. They live and breathe bikes.
Melissa went above and beyond for our Rad bike repairs, which she got covered under warranty. Such a friendly place of business with customer service #1. I would recommend CBI again and again!
