I am a JROTC instructor and we have ordered 3 times from CBJ so far. Each time, we have received our large orders within 2 weeks which is amazing. One order came in within a weeks time. The last two instances, they started printing shirts before they were paid just to meet our deadline. Excellent company, ran by kind professionals, putting out quality items.
Absolutely the worst! Ordered 3 jerseys by the deadline that was set by them, paid for the order including shipping. It is now past the date I needed the order and I still do not have my order. Reached out to the number multiple times and had very delayed response. Communication is horrible, also no emotion about the order being delayed. Update: Kelsey the head of sales contacted me and gave a sincere apology, which was very much appreciated and meant a lot to me. Thank you Kelsey for taking the time to reach out.

Awesome and fast customer service. They built me a custom logo for my organization that looks great. Not only did they customize me a logo in record time, they had it in the shirts and in my hands well before I needed them. I would definitely come back for the service and the price.
