Unfortunately we’ve had a very poor experience with CC Carpet, and now a warranty claim as well. Original install of our entire downstairs in the summer of 2019 had poor quality, incomplete work, and mismatched base boards. After battling with CC to fix the immediate issues, they finally did. Fast forward 5 years and now we have issues buckling of the floors and lifting seems cutting our feet. CC carpet was amazing from the time we went in the pick out the carpet to the final installation. The staff was really friendly and very helpful on choosing the right fit. The installation guys were very polite and speedy with their work. We use CC carpet for all our tile and carpet needs.
We had a great experience with CC Carpet for new flooring! They installed new laminate flooring in our living room, kitchen and utilities area as well as brand new carpet and padding in 3 bedrooms. CC Carpet exceeded our expectations, they finished a day ahead of schedule and did a flawless install! My husband and I would highly recommend CC Carpet for any home remodeling!
THE EXPERIENCE WE HAD WITH CC CARPET HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!! We started our kitchen remodeling on April 4th with new back splash and countertops. We ordered and scheduled everything thru Jesse. We then met Zach who measured our countertops. After that, things went down hill. The day of installation the crew didn't arrive until 2pm when they were scheduled between 10am-12pm. I had my entire house done with laminate flooring except the kitchen. When the sales man came Jesse to give me an estimate he explained the difference of each sample he brought with him very professional. And men that came to installed it they showed up at the time he said would. They moved the furniture and put everything back. I am very satisfied with their service, that 2 of my neighbors came and asked me for their information I recommended them. I rate them from 1 - 10 give them 100.
