Me and my were getting quotes our floors, they sent Mr Greg to our house for a quote. He was so easy to talk to, didn't rush our decision and he was very truthful. To me, that goes along way, coming from a person who works with sales people, for 25+ years. We decided to go with them to do our floors and my wife couldn't be happier, happy wife happy life. Erick, our salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained every detail of the different options of flooring that he presented. He also explained what we could expect for the installation. We will definitely contact him again in the near future.
Excellent service, price and installation! Recarpeted our entire upstairs and stairs. Would highly recommend!
Katie was able to answer all my questions, including some I didn’t know to ask, about quality and comparative products. The choices were amazing and she was able to suggest best products for my needs and price range. I highly recommend speaking with her to navigate the diverse offerings that CC Carpets carries. The installers were on time, courteous, and professional. Their work was excellent and they vacuumed and cleaned up when they were finished. Truly a positive experience.
Transaction Date was about a week ago. CC Carpet charged my 79 year old father 1,122 to change carpet in an 80 square room. They also did not give him a military/veteran discount which the Manager Linda said they normally do. They had my dad who is suffering from dementia and can't walk sign a contract that had a minimum square foot of 300 price tag on it. I didn’t want to go here, but after having floors done in my kitchen, dining, bathroom, and both bedrooms, plus carpeted stairs, I think I should be considered a repeat loyal customer. In 2017 my last purchase was laminate flooring was 2 bedrooms and carpet for stairs. I soon realized that I had made a very bad choice for the laminate in order to save money. Very....bad experience with cccarpet the whole point of me an my wife to do granite tops in kitchen was to get undermount sink saleman came we discussed how want it with undermount he wrote up wrong on contract did drop in told me they couldn't do anything about talked to manager Joe he was rude told me he couldn't do anything about they actually did it the way they want bad news highly recommend not to use didn't no service was this bad the worst....
