My floors have been splitting apart for months. CC Carpet has been to my home 6 times and my floors are still splitting apart. I have talk to several people there and I keep getting the run around and it has been almost a year. I paid $6000 for some floors that are horrible. No one will give me any information to the corporate office because they don’t care.
Got a quote from CC Carpets today and the install price + carpet was fair, but then added $500 in different fees. $150 was to pull up carpet, which there is no carpet in the room. Just not a good feeling about it. Went with another carpet company. M
