Edited review: Jennifer at the Osseo branch resolved the last of my issues. She was very pleasant and understanding of my frustrations. She contacted CCF's IT department to attempt to fix some of the errors/issues on the online enrollment page. Messed up the address and sent the card to the wrong place even though we told them twice to send to new address. Then they tried to charge $45 to expedite their mistake.
Place is a joke they charge u to cash a check that came from them what crooks
Moved to Osseo, haven't established a bank as of yet. Went through the drive-thru to ask for change. They refused to give me change because I didn't have an account with them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
