Dave & I are very impressed with the staff at this bank! Jay has helped with personal banking needs and advice. His kindness and compassionate patience are w/o words! Definitely ask for him if you need something more than just the usual banking questions--you will not be disappointed!

April 25th I deposited a check and started a checking account. He said it’ll take 1 week to receive my debit card. It’s May 31st and I still haven’t received my card. I called 3 weeks prior and they told me they forgot to order it and told me they’ll order it and it’ll come in a couple weeks (the week) and it’s Saturday March 31st. Terrible bank, absolutely no clarity or communication. Plus they charge you to keep a checking account…I highly recommend banking elsewhere. I had a check drawn on this bank, they would not honor the check without deducting a fee, the manager said multiple times I could take it to my bank, but the check was from CCF. After being forced to agree they demanded my phone number and SSN claiming check fraud was the reason, even though they talked to the customer that gave me the check. Don't accept checks drawn on CCF Bank, they don't care and the manager, I think her name is Abby said so.
