I had the absolute best experience with CD Clark (specifically Karen) while having a custom wedding set made for my wife. Karen was so helpful and attentive to detail in helping me get everything just right. I don’t know anything about jewelry and I was pretty overwhelmed by the idea of having to do all of that but Karen made the experience so pleasant and stress free. She communicated with me about design and any changes that needed to be made throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend CD Clark to anybody.
If you’re looking for a ring, then you need to come here! I was nervous about creating the perfect ring for my fiancé, but Karen expertly guided me through every step of the process. She listened, looked at pictures, offered suggestions, and made a number of tweaks that resulted in a gorgeous, perfect ring! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or result … she said yes!!
CD Clark came highly recommended by a return customer & friend. We were welcomed and given Josh's undivided attention when mentioning we wanted a custom designed ring. He finally found my style and idea about enhancing the tourmaline stone I brought in. We are excited to get a preview of this design in January. I’m not usually one to leave a negative review, but as a young couple shopping for engagement rings, I think it’s important to share our experience so others can make informed decisions. We visited several other local jewelers, and this place stood out—in the worst way. From the start, it felt like they were trying to take advantage of us. Karina was very thorough when taking in the jewelry that I needed repaired. She was friendly yet very professional. After we were finished with that process I said I wanted to look around the store and she gave me a wonderful tour of the show cases. I enjoyed my time there and am waiting to see the great repair of my jewelry.
