Manager (Ruth Rosales) is amazing. She addresses everything with a sense of urgency. She is never too busy to address tenants concerns or issues. I have been a long term resident and she has been the best Resident manager to date. Currently, things have turned digital, rental payments, repair request and the likes. No problem with rental payments. Will have to wait and see how quickly they respond to repair request. Will update on Staus and turn around time for repairs. Decent,quiet, good location. Security of mailboxes are not secure though.
