On another frozen day, with school and most places closed due to inclement weather, I made an appointment for my son who had ear pain at 7am. I called and a remote employee answered to let me know that no one would be in the office today but she would try to get a nurse practioner to do a telemed appt. I went in on Friday with a bad sinus infection. I could barely swallow or speak at all. I'm congested, my ear aches and all around, I felt awful. I want to point out that when I left the facility, I felt I had found my new doctors office. I was very pleased with the staff and the provider was very kind. It was after I left that everything went wrong. I had asked for my prescriptions to be sent to Capsule Pharmacy, but I quickly found that they wouldn't deliver my medication until Monday.
