Rose was friendly and helpful. I originally gave 5 stars but took a star away, because after I completed my original review at the request of Rose, while still on the phone with Rose, I continued to get daily requests from this company requesting me to do more reviews, which is a great way to lower your company's rating. We needed somewhere to store everything that our daughter had built up from her years living in dorm rooms. Cedartown Climate Storage is convenient and has been easy to work with. We appreciate that it is gated and she feels safe going in and out of the facility.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and COMPANY Original Cedartown Storage was sold to Cedartown Storage and Drive-Up, TERRIBLE service. You NEVER get to speak to anyone but a “Call Center in Asia”. My Account continually was messed up and I was always sending proof of Insurance info or calling to get my Account straightened out.
Do not, under any circumstances, give them your number when asking for pricing. I have not stopped receiving cold calls and voicemails, even after telling them when found a unit closer to my grandmother. After asking to stop receving calls, the calls still continued. Call again and I asked to be removed, and they want my email, number and name to just stop calling me. Claiming I have an "account" they need to cancel. And all I asked for was pricing, one time.
