Rented storage unit. Code provided did not work. Owners never once attempted to help us gain access. No phone calls, emails, texts. Nothing. Customer support had us trying four or five different combinations of codes to gain access. None worked. Ultimately we had to quickly book another unit across town. We were literally sitting at the storage location in a UHaul running out of time to unload and return it. This place is great. They had exactly what I was looking for. Whenever I bump into Sam, the manager there, he’s always super nice and makes sure we’re satisfied with everything. His ability AND willingness to always help and have an answer for us makes the drive worth it.
Sam was super friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and feels secure, which gives me piece of mind about my belongings! Highly recommend if you're looking for reliable and affordable storage!
