I did not have a pleasant experience at the shop. When I initially asked whether the technician would be available on Saturday or Sunday, I was informed that he had called in sick, which I completely understand. I dropped off my Mac and phone at 9:30 a.m., and I was told I would receive a quote by noon. When I called at 1:00 p.m., I was informed that I would receive a call within the hour. Cellular Magician is exactly what the name states. My phone fell out of the storage compartment on my riding lawnmower and got sucked into the blades and completely ripped the phone apart. It had a lot of photos and videos of my recently late husband, as well as years of family memories that were not backed up to the cloud. Lesson learned! With a lot of TLC, determination, and effort, they were able to rebuild the phone enough to retrieve all my data! I am forever grateful for these guys!
Brought my really broken iPhone in, was greeted with friendly and fast customer service. since I was getting more than one repair, Chad gave me a great deal and was done with my device in under 2.5 hours. I will ALWAYS be a customer of this cellular magician, they take great care in their work and have great rates.
Absolutely incredible customer service. I went in to get my phone fixed with my phone, not charging. They said I just needed to get it cleaned because it had dirt in it. They could’ve told me I needed a brand new charging port and made more money off me. But we’re super honest and very fast and quality service. My phone charges like a charm now.
