I went to Cenergenics to get a very personal and extensive evaluation of my body. I am 53 and in the last 10-20 years my weight has creeped up steadily even though I am active and have tried many diets. I found Cenergenics to be more knowledgable and thorough than my regular physician or OBYN. The test results give me a very accurate picture of my individualized metabolism. I had originally signed up to increase my hormones. As it turned out I could not do this but I believe that a thorough examination is something that should be done every few years at least. This I accomplished and it was really interesting and very good. I need to improve a few things on my diet and my exercise. I had another issue that was highlighted and became also important. I rarely post any reviews, but I must say I have to review these exceptional people. Dr. Pittman, Erin, and Mark were able to answer all my questions, needs, and explain thoroughly what I need to do to get myself back on track to a healthy lifestyle. The instructions are very straight-forward, concise, and leave little questions. Erin welcomed me with a warm smile and calmed my nerves. She was able to guide me through the exams with ease. Very detailed physical and I really appreciated the cognitive testing. Was looking forward to the VO2 testing but the machine was down. They’re rescheduling that so I’ll be good to go. I like the new reporting tool you’re developing as well.
