The professionalism of the staff and maintenance team is horrendous or shall I say the lack thereof. My mother was left without heat and talked to like she was nothing. Maintenance was so rude while I was speaking to him he went into the office and closed the door and got on his cell phone. Was raising his voice and had a very nasty disposition. The residents living at Centennial II senior community would be pleased to have a community washer and dryer as shown on the website. But the reality is, the old community washer has been broken and non- repairable since December 2024. Residents have been told by on-site manager that a washer replacement is not in the budget. The old dryer is not in much better condition, and is on its last leg, taking up to 2 hours to dry a load of clothes. When the dryer is operating, it often smells like a dead animal. The facility is decent but the staff support is terrible. We moved out 7 months ago and they will not send me my deposit! I will never recommend this facility to anyone. On the contrary I will have them come to the new place that I am staying at.
We love our neighbors! It's been a peaceful experience for us! The maintenance (by " T " ) has been efficiently done in a timely manner. The only problem is that the rent keeps going up too often and is too high now! Please keep the rent affordable!
It was a very nice place, but it keeps getting sold & with each new buyer, rents have gone up at a ridiculous rate. These are seniors existing on SS & the rent is almost 3/4 of their monthly allotment. Hard to exist. Wouldn't be so bad if they kept it up, fixed problems and had a onsite property manager that was ever in or answered the home.
