I went to Center for Digestive Care and saw Dr. Chalasani, who recommended that I get both an endoscopy and a colonoscopy. From the start, he was very thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed, which really helped put me at ease. The staff was also wonderful — everyone I interacted with was sweet, kind, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Rating: My experience was none other than a 5 star. The registration, the pre op care...the operating room filled with beautiful music!!! the banter amongst the OR staff... the recovery experience ... A true blessing to have someplace safe, clean and filled with staff who obviously love what they do so within reach. Thank you to all of you who touch we patients in a special way to make our memory of having been there, a lovely one.
Megan is very easy going and makes you feel comfortable right away. She listens to what you have to say and asks questions to thoroughly understand your problem. She tried several samples to get the correct result before ordering a full script. I will definitely continue seeing her and would recommend her to anyone with gastric issues.
Very nice office in a very nice and clean building. Doctors office is clean with nice pictures and nice chairs. Coffee is a must when coming here early. Front desk staff is very friendly and so are the nurses and the doctors are very friendly. Dr Chata is awesome he knows his task at hand and is very well educated. Highly recommended for your needs.
I had a great experience with Susan. However, your system could not get a text message to me for check-in and I had to fill a paper form. It would have been nice to have a tablet instead and save a tree.
