This doctor office has changed my life. Dr. Kvapil was compassionate and understanding. I work more now with his Physician Assistant Megan who is patient with my questions and understanding of how life gets in the way sometimes. She is very encouraging but reminds me that I have to power to choose my health every day. I highly recommend this office. The support staff have been responsive to any insurance questions and they communicate well when there is a paperwork issue.
I was referred by my PC to Dr. Varia for specialized care due to a long term condition I’ve had my entire life. I was so pleasantly surprised by the fact that I was able to get an appointment less than 2 weeks from the day I had the referral in hand - which, for anyone that deals with specialist, especially GI, knows how hard it can be to get an appointment in any reasonable amount of time. Dr. Shail provided an outstanding level of care. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening with my body, created a clear treatment plan, and made sure I understood every step. His compassion and patience made me feel very comfortable and supported. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring.
From the moment we walked in until we left was a positive experience. The front desk, the nurse and the doctor were all great. Dr. Clark was amazing, listened and was patient and is determined to find an answer. 5+ stars for our visit!
I do not normally recommend anyone or anything, but in the case of recommending Megan, I am making an exception because she deserves it! It was a HUGE God thing that I got to see Megan on a Friday afternoon with just a couple hours notice. What a breath of fresh air she is!! I will stay with Megan as long as she will stay with me!
