The receptionist Nancy was so incredibly sweet. Super helpful just an amazing experience. She greeted every guest with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that made everyone feel welcome. Whenever I had a question, she took the time to provide detailed answers and even offered suggestions for all my needs . Her kindness truly set the tone for my visit, making it memorable in the best possible way. I left the office feeling uplifted, grateful for the exceptional service she provided.
Dr. Chatha is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. Knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. He truly believes in the work he is doing and inspires me to take care of my health - and tell others because sharing is caring!! Dr. Chatha takes his time with you to explain things in a way you can understand and feel confident in. His entire staff is top notch. You really cannot find a better physician. Make the appointment.
Unfortunately, I never got to see Megan Castillo, PA. When I arrived for my first appointment, I was told she was at another clinic that day. I showed the office staff two emails and two texts which gave the date, time and THIS location for my appointment that day. They simply said it was an “OOPS” in their system and rescheduled me for a second visit. I arrived for my second visit 30 minutes ahead as per their office policy. First time seeing Dr M in several years. He briefly reviewed my medical history and listened to my current concerns. Offered options for treatment. I selected one. Nurse provided instructions. Will schedule and advise. All-in-all a pleasant and productive experience.
Dr. Maheshwari listened to my concerns and was compassionate with me. He made a plan right away regarding my situation. Everyone in his office is very understanding, kind, and goes the extra mile. This is my first experience with this type of doctor, and I'm thrilled I got a good one!
