The reason that I’m giving a midpoint is because the lady that did the ultrasound was pleasant and she answered all my questions and the person that was on video was somewhat attentive. The receptionist was rude since I walked in the door and unfortunately I had to walk by her on the way out and she was rude again. The test took half an hour, and I waited an hour and a half for the doctor, but apparently she was doing a procedure and there was no indication of when she would be done. Very nice and informative. Didn’t get a quote for schlerotherapy, wanted referrals and couldn’t get one. Put me on the cancellation list for an appointment before the Dr leaves, couldn’t check the on line system for one.
I do not recommend Rio Rancho clinic. My total visit added up to be 3.5 hours. I had to wait for every single discipline to provide their services. After ultrasound I waited for RN. I was told that they don’t have RN in person and I had remote RN who took my medical history , then I waited for MD to review it but before that MD needed to finish surgery and no one could tell me when I would be seen. I took my neighbor to an appointment they are knowledgeable and she does have alztimers they were very caring. In addition they set her up immediately for compression hose she was in Need of. Thank you.
Great customer service. So far results have been great (as expected from consultation).
