Deborah Cogan and her staff were recommended by our primary care doctor. Located in Gahanna it was easy to find. It is located in a multi use building with more than ample parking! Registration was easy and the wait was short. We first met David who did a excellent job explaining what to expect and using Google translate to help a patient whose primary language is not English. This is a wonderful practice. They were excellent in communicating what to expect with treatment and insurance. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. I am not sure I waited more than 5 minutes at any point during any of my appointments. They are very well organized and the whole process was seamless. You can tell they really care about the outcome for their patients. HIGHLY recommend 10/10!!
My initial consultation visit was great from start to end. Extremely pleasant Dr. Cogan and staff. Cheerful atmosphere and was given a complete rundown on my situation and how to proceed. It's so nice to walk in to an office of happy, joyful people.
Everyone was so nice from that front desk to the ultrasound tech and the medical assistant. The Doctor was awesome she was patient, professional and kind. She not only answered my questions but explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for Vein care.
Some of the best medical care I’ve ever received. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, the appointments were quick and simple, and the procedures were painless. They completely fixed the problems in my legs and now they look and feel great. So glad I chose this office to go to and would highly recommend them to anyone else needing vein care.
