This is a wonderful practice. They were excellent in communicating what to expect with treatment and insurance. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. I am not sure I waited more than 5 minutes at any point during any of my appointments. They are very well organized and the whole process was seamless. You can tell they really care about the outcome for their patients. HIGHLY recommend 10/10!!
I am a new patient of Dr. Cogan and my experience was so very nice. She and her staff were all very kind and my technician's name was Lanie and she was amazing. I was a little nervous and she was so sweet and patient with me which made me feel much better. She is so pretty I told her she reminded me of Paris Hilton 🙂 and Dr. Cogan was so professional and caring and also very patient with explaining my diagnosis and everything she wants to do help me get better. They were very nice, professional, and kept me informed on what they were doing. They were thorough and didn't try to talk me into additional appointments or procedures. Great experience overall. I would recommend.
So glad I found this practice, they are wonderful! The staff and doctor were professional, kind and courteous and I feel so good about getting treatment here. It took about a month to get in for my first appointment but well worth the wait.
I was nervous at first, I have had a large varicose vein that has caused pain and discomfort for almost 20 years. Everyone, from the receptionist, to the ultrasound tech, the nurse and Doctor Deborah were so nice. They were understanding and did a good job listening to all my questions and taking time to explain everything thoroughly.
