My visit to CVR was more than delightful. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. It was a productive meeting and informative. They scheduled my referral for me and took care of all the details. I met with a Technician, a nurse, two Dr's.and the receptionists. Everything was smooth and flowing. I really enjoyed my visit!
I appreciate the care that was shown during my evaluation, and walking me through what procedures and steps that were going to be performed. I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. Great customer service was provided and each person involved in my appointment was very knowledgeable. Thank you
I am very satisfied with the serviced received, the great communication from the front desk team at the time to check in and check out, from the ultrasound technician, the PA and Dr. Fernandez. They make a great team, resourceful and professional.
Had an 8AM appointment. Was taken back rather quickly and a tech did ultrasound on both legs, Then spoke to PA about the results and then the docotr came and and spoke about the results. All was good but suggested I see an artery specialist. Arranged the appointment me for me very quickly. Would definitely recommend this office.
Been sick since I walked out of the vein procedure. Plus a nurse who disrespected every question I had .No wonder I got sick . ● Plus the healthcare team who decided that discussing a patient was ok .One of the them put on the sterile gloves ,stepped out the room came back like nothing mattered . Doctor very nice but my God I got sick ever since and I think its been close to 2 months
