Just left the Center for Vein Restoration. Great experience. I was seen at my appointment time. The front desk attendant was friendly and got me signed in with no issues. My ultrasound technologist was friendly and professional. She completed my study in a timely fashion and made me feel comfortable while doing it. The staff and doctor were very polite and caring. They were short staffed today but still did an amazing job of keeping things running smoothly. Dr. A Rocco took his time and explained everything to me. Even though my results showed I had no vein disease, he still took the time to explain what could be causing my issues. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
I had a great experience, the staff were wonderful. Front desk, sonogram, nurse, and doctor were great. After getting my results, the nurse provided education and help me to understand my results.
I was happy to be taken back to the examining room almost immediately upon arrival. The examination was efficient and professional. The follow up review with the nurse and doctor were also very efficient and provided me all the information I needed to proceed with my healthcare issues.
I was given a thorough examination. Doctor's explanation of results was easily understood. He gave me various treatment options providing the pros and cons of each one. Support staff were excellent.
