Great experience. From the check in staff to the Doctor, everything was professional and caring. They took me back on time. Sonogram was in a quiet peaceful atmosphere and thoroughly done. After the scan, met with the nurse first for an overview of the scan results and then the doctor. Both were very patient and informative with giving me the results, explaining their findings and offering treatment options available. I was referred by my Primary Care Dr. for an eval and treat. I had an early morning appointment. I was greeted by staff promptly. From reception to leaving, everyone I encountered was friendly. Nurse Michelle and Dr. Sbrocco were very knowledgeable and alleviated all of my concerns.
I was very impressed with everyone's professionalism, courtesy, and caring. They helped me to relax, and they could tell that I was nervous. I definitely give the staff five stars!! I would definitely recommend the Center to anyone who has possible vein issues!!
Dr. Sbrocco has a great team that makes you feel like a valued customer as soon as you walk in the door — and throughout your entire visit.
The whole visit was great, every single person working there was a pleasure to speak with. Very genuinely good people. Only disappointment was being scheduled at different office for my next visit.
