Everyone here is professional but it doesn't feel like doctor's office. I loved their friendly personalities & the atmosphere. Highly recommend. Very informative. It was quick & easy to get leg scans. Dr Nichols was great too
Everyone was so nice from the minute I walked in the door. Ultrasound tech was great. The MA I spoke to was so nice. Dr. Knickles is an excellent doctor. I myself work in the medical field and I send alot of our patients to see Dr. Knickles. My experience was great and as a bonus I got a lovely pair of shorts to wear.
5/29/25- I just finished a visit with concerns of lipedema. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They did another ultra sound on my veins. They confirmed nothing has changed since my last visit and found some minor issues wth my veins but so minor insurance wouldn't cover and all my other veins look great. When addressing the lipedema he just kind of looked at my legs and said probably have it with regular cellulite. I guess there's not much testing to do for it. Everyone at the Center for Vein Restoration is very nice and make me feel comfortable. They take their time and I don't feel they are rushing me through. Also, they take you back promptly 😊
Although the doctor and ultrasound technicians are helpful and kind - the billing center is the worst that I have ever encountered and the front desk employees are not helpful when asking about insurance coverage. After endless calls and emails about having two insurances, I thought they had fixed the problem but no, I just got several notifications that they are continuously trying to claim against what has already been paid.
