This place is 💯 They make you feel so comfortable, no joke. My son was so scared his last procedure they made him feel so good, he goes mom they where so nice . I give them 200 percent. The entire office is the best. Excellent environment. They really take care of you. Drinks coffee. Little candy. Flowers nice place.
Had my first appointment today and didn’t know what to expect. Was greeted at the G.R. MI office by a friendly gal at the desk who was happy to register me and answered all my questions. First was the scans and the tec in there couldn’t have made things easier or better for me. I was very happy. Last was the nurse to explain what I was dealing with and how they could help. She didn’t talk down to me or over my head. Honestly felt like I was with family the entire time. Happy I chose this Center! D. Warner
Very smooth process. NP very knowledgeable. CT tech, warm with great bedside skills. Nurse took her time to explain everything. Scheduling follow up apts. was easy. Procedure able to be fit in same week!
I made an appointment with Laura Kelsey based on high reviews and the information I researched about her bedside manner and education. I did hear her speaking to another patient, but I was never treated by her. I was told that my very fast ultra sound was good but had areas of concern, yet the two staff people I met didn't really have any plan to explore more or address the concerns. Dr. Kelsey is the best. She knows exactly what she is doing and is so kind. I would always look forward to my appointments. Her staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
