Office practices are poor. Receptionist is cold. I was also charged a co-pay for post treatment follow-up. I argued and was just told, of course I owe it, it is a new office visit. Got my statement and my co-pay did not show on the statement. My EOB did not show a charge for a co-pay to me. I called the billing number Jan 6, 2026, which turns out to be a countrywide number. Had my first appointment today and didn’t know what to expect. Was greeted at the G.R. MI office by a friendly gal at the desk who was happy to register me and answered all my questions. First was the scans and the tec in there couldn’t have made things easier or better for me. I was very happy. Last was the nurse to explain what I was dealing with and how they could help. She didn’t talk down to me or over my head. Honestly felt like I was with family the entire time. Happy I chose this Center! D. Warner

I am somewhat conflicted writing this review because Dr. Kelsey is clearly a sincere and well-intended professional. I think if you have severe vein issues, CVR is probably excellent. If you have aesthetic or initial medical concerns that may not require near-term intervention, my experience is that you will be encouraged to undergo their elective procedures if your insurance covers it. I hadn’t been to a vein clinic in 30 years. My first ultrasound was today. The nurse was very welcoming and explained my results and so polite and answered all my questions. I met Dr. Kelsey after. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable and took her time to thoroughly explain procedures that she recommended. I am so glad I made this appointment and will have the procedures done. Thank you Dr Kelsey and your staff.

Dr Kelsey and staff are so kind and friendly, I was so nervous to start my nearly 8 different ablations & she was so patient and took her time to explain every step before even touching me. Her caring bedside manner is something that cannot be taught, that’s for sure. I would highly recommend her to anyone that may find themselves in need of vein work.
