My appointment was scheduled for 1:45 pm, I arrived around 12:20 and was greeted my the receptionist. Five minutes later, I was seen by the technician. Upon completion of the examination, which took approximately twenty, I had a video conference with a nurse who explained the results of the test. Later, I spoke with the doctor. Staff are excellent. They are kind, professional and thorough. They explain all of your results and explain things plainly with illustrations. Doc has a great personality which is rare these days. Office was extremely clean. Their equipment is high tech. I was very happy with my visit.
From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with such a warmth response from the front office staff, the tech who perform the test, the nurse and the doctor. Everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand and I felt comfortable with being there. They made me feel like I was part of the family, they really cared about me and how I felt. I would recommend this office highly. Kudos to all the staff.
Can’t say enough about how attentive and communicative the staff here is! I instantly felt like I was in good hands as they explained each step of my consultation. To make things even better, I was able to develop a treatment plan with the doctor in the same visit, schedule my procedures, & went home with reference materials should I have any questions on what we went over.
The staff is professional and polite from the moment I walked into the office and that was exciting to experience. But, the results afterwards were even more exciting. Thank you Dr. T and everyone that worked with her for always making me comfortable and being genuine professionals.
