Everyone was very nice , professional & seemed to understand their jobs. My only observation was , I wore a dress on purpose, no need to dress/undress multiple times but , in my opinion should have been given a drape , over my hiked dress , not for vanity but, the gel got all in my dress. No big deal really , it does wash out but a paper drape over would have been helpful. Everything else was good.
Nice facility, nice staff, nice doctor. A little longer wait time than expected. I wish they would have told me to bring an extra pair of shorts.as paper shorts were not provided for me; thus feeling sticky and wet from the ultra sound gel. I was given wet wipes and paper towels to wipe off the gel but my shorts were still wet in some places. Very uncomfortable.
This office is extremely disorganized and understaffed. A scan and consult takes over two hours. And my last appointment they canceled without letting me know, so I drove 30 minutes there and back for no reason.
The office was round very efficiently, and the four staff people that I encountered, actually five, were all extremely friendly and helpful. Each one took their time with me, Making sure I had no questions, etc.
Everyone was so nice from the minute I walked in the door. Ultrasound tech was great. The MA I spoke to was so nice. Dr. Knickles is an excellent doctor. I myself work in the medical field and I send alot of our patients to see Dr. Knickles. My experience was great and as a bonus I got a lovely pair of shorts to wear.
