After 35 minutes past my appointment time with no communication and absent front desk staff I thought this visit is not off to a good start! I totally get things happen however there were two other patients in the waiting room experiencing significant delays as well. Another patient was texting her husband (in the waiting room) from inside her exam room saying she been waiting for someone to come back to see her. I left disappointed but thankful there are many other options for the vein care I'm seeking.
I have been a patient of Dr. Miller’s for close to a dozen years. He remains the dedicated, caring professional always. He brings the complicated venous system down to a level that even I understand. Thank you, Dr. Miller.
