From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed! The ladies at the front were helpful, knowledgeable and very welcoming. The tech, nurse, and NP that I saw did not disappoint either! Their reassurance and calm demeanor, along with expertise made the visit comfortable and put me at ease. They did not rush me and answered all of my questions. This office came highly recommended and I see why! Thank you all!!
I was treated for chronic venous insufficiency at the Durham location several years ago, and the problems recently returned. The clinical team in Alexandria was helpful in providing insight as to how to proceed with treatment and looking at issues beyond just my legs. However, insurance denied treatment, saying it wasn't a covered procedure. I was referred to CVR by my primary care physician. The Alexandria office has a wonderful and very efficient staff. After a thorough exam, which included an Ultrasound, a discussion with a nurse and a doctor, it was determined I have no vein problems. Very impressed with the staff and the office
Doctor Thirumlai is a great doctor. She takes the time to explain what is going on, her treatments, what medicines will do. She cares for who she is treating. She really listens, she asks questions and explains things in easy to understand language. Yessenia DeParanda is great as well. Explained what she was doing, what was going on. Both took time to go over what was going on and and the next steps. Did not feel rushed when asking questions. Excellent team!
