First time seeing VCR. I had an exceptional appointment ! I wish all doctor office visits were exactly like what I experienced today. The staff and doctor were knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, organized and knew exactly how to minimize my out of pocket expenses. For 8 procedures over 2 months and compression garments my projected out-of-pocket is only $285!! Incredible. Looking forward to getting my lower body veins fixed and my Lymphedema and Lipedema stopped from progressing.

I was treated for chronic venous insufficiency at the Durham location several years ago, and the problems recently returned. The clinical team in Alexandria was helpful in providing insight as to how to proceed with treatment and looking at issues beyond just my legs. However, insurance denied treatment, saying it wasn't a covered procedure. We were very pleased with all the medical and financial information given today by the doctor and her staff. Far better than the cardiologist we had seen who would have let us go ahead with surgery without getting authorization from our insurance company!
