Words will never be able to express how thankful I am for Dr. Thirmulai! The care and compassion she and Dr. Gillen provided me during my six procedures will never be forgotten. They took the time to make sure I was ok, answered every question I had, and even talked to my wife afterward to ease her mind. Dr. Thirumlai is both knowledgeable and deeply compassionate with her patients. She's also a lot of fun to be around - her energy is awesome. You can feel completely confident placing your trust in her expertise. If you're dealing with leg discomfort, rest assured—she’ll take excellent care of you, and you'll feel significantly better after any necessary treatment. We're lucky to have such a gem in our community!
Overall the experience was good. Really liked the tech who performed the ultrasound on my legs and the PA did a good job of explaining my options. Only complaint is with the reception folks. I arrived at 11:50 and there was no one at the front desk. Once she arrived back she didn’t acknowledge me. She was busy helping someone else but it would have been nice to at least say hi and I will be with you in a min. User friendly online check in. Taken to exam room with very little wait time. Professional, knowledgeable, and great bedside manners. All the Docs and staff are easy to communicate with and answers any questions without feeling rushed.
I have to thank my primary care physician for knowing the right place to send me where I was treated like I was the only patient in the clinic. I loved my nurses Lark and Wendy and the excellent care I received. The positive results I received from my one month follow up says it all. Dr. Thirumlai is a real pro and fun to have in the room.
