Nice office. Clean. Everyone acknowledges you. Reception is excellent. Dr. Kim is fun to interact with. Treatment went well. I give it a good four and a half stars, but what the heck…just add the other half for 5 stars kinda place. Edit 7/15/2025: This place sent me to collections over $12.30, ha! I had a follow up appointment 3 weeks ago and no one there ever mentioned a balance due. Guess I’ll be looking for a new vein doctor.

Having Varicose Veins is stressful enough, but having caring professionals giving me the confidence and security in which I need to move forward and take care of my veins was the most easiest decision I have ever made. I would like to thank all of you at the Center for Vein Restotmration for helping me through this process.
Dr. Kim is very informative and takes the time to answer your questions. The MA is virtual, I thought that was odd. She still asked and notated everything. They scan new patients during the first visit. I thought that was awesome. My results were real time and she had diagnostics when she came in. The scan took a while for me, but I had a nice amount of stuff going on. I had 2 treatments done with no issues, my last treatment was scheduled for 12/12/24 a day before I received a text saying my authorization had not been approved yet. Come to find out they never bothered to request in time I was told the authorization was requested 12/11 but per my insurance they didn’t receive anything until 12/18 and still pending today 12/24,I’ve had an insurance representative call and they can’t provide them with a simple answer as to how my authorization was submitted if urgent or routine.
