I have been visiting this particular office of the Center for Vein Restoration for approximately six years and the office staff is great. Dr. Kim is easy to communicate with and has done excellent work on my legs over the years.
Very professional, appointment reminders, check in online, staff pleasant & courteous, Dr. Kim very knowledgeable and answers questions asked.
I appreciate the level of profesionalism by all staff over many appointments. Detailed info and a lack of rushing through my appointments is appreciated.
Nice office. Clean. Everyone acknowledges you. Reception is excellent. Dr. Kim is fun to interact with. Treatment went well. I give it a good four and a half stars, but what the heck…just add the other half for 5 stars kinda place. Edit 7/15/2025: This place sent me to collections over $12.30, ha! I had a follow up appointment 3 weeks ago and no one there ever mentioned a balance due. Guess I’ll be looking for a new vein doctor. Dr. Kim is very informative and takes the time to answer your questions. The MA is virtual, I thought that was odd. She still asked and notated everything. They scan new patients during the first visit. I thought that was awesome. My results were real time and she had diagnostics when she came in. The scan took a while for me, but I had a nice amount of stuff going on.
