Someone came to my works health fair last year and after scanning my legs said they could help with some cramps I have and it's covered by my insurance. When I go in they do ultrasound on my legs. The lady doing didn't seem like she wanted to help as it was painful at times and then she just hands me paper towels and tells me to clean up. They told me the only thing they can do is give me compression socks. I leave and they say I am good so I assume I don't owe anything and then I get sent a bill. I have been visiting this particular office of the Center for Vein Restoration for approximately six years and the office staff is great. Dr. Kim is easy to communicate with and has done excellent work on my legs over the years.
I appreciate the level of profesionalism by all staff over many appointments. Detailed info and a lack of rushing through my appointments is appreciated.
Nice office. Clean. Everyone acknowledges you. Reception is excellent. Dr. Kim is fun to interact with. Treatment went well. I give it a good four and a half stars, but what the heck…just add the other half for 5 stars kinda place. Edit 7/15/2025: This place sent me to collections over $12.30, ha! I had a follow up appointment 3 weeks ago and no one there ever mentioned a balance due. Guess I’ll be looking for a new vein doctor.
