During my visit , I had the pleasure of interacting with four staff members. It was a pleasure dealing with each of them. The receptionist was welcoming and appreciative of my pre visit and check in preparation. The tech person who performed my CT scan was comforting and answered all of my questions in a friendly manner, not at all bothered by the volume of questions I posed. The ablation procedure itself was acceptable; however, it left a noticeable scar. I also underwent a cosmetic vein injection, which was extremely painful and resulted in only a very minimal change with no obvious or meaningful improvement. I was informed that visible results could take 4–6 weeks, and I was also required to sign a consent stating that the clinic is not responsible for the outcome. Dr Shah and his staff are phenomenal! Everyone is friendly and so accommodating. Thank you for taking good care of me and my veins!
I highly recommend this place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Shah explains everything about your procedure and any questions you might have before and after procedure you can call and they will answer your questions. That's another thing I like you can reach them easily!
I visited the Center for Vein Restoration for the first time yesterday. I found the staff to be pleasant, and the medical team took my concerns seriously. They were able to do the appropriate testing in the office that day without my having to make another appointment.
