The staff here was the most caring and helpful staff that I’ve ever encountered in a mental hospital. Any problem from my food tray not being correct to my discharge being accurate this staff was on it pronto. Hands down this is the best place for mental Health. They listened to me and got me the proper medications. They didn’t just make me take all sorts of experimental drugs. They really care.

Completely dishonest, website is full of lies. Fulton prison is probably better and if your loved one doesn't get better after 8 days with continued administration of medicine that exacerbates the problem, that's probably where they'll end up as they have law enforcement on speed dial and the cops say they see some highly questionable things over there. I myself enjoyed the 4 day stay at center pointe. Staff extremely helpful. Nurses helpful. I am sitting in emergency room in Chillicothe mo trying to get readmitted to this facility..I loved it the first time and I might just stay longer this time because the environment was so relaxing .

I was there 2 and a half years ago. I found the staff was extremely helpful. You get out of it what u put into it. When I left there I had a different outlook on life.. my problem was I couldn't find no treatment like they offered once I was released. I am now sitting in emergency room requesting to go back to center pointe of Colombia Missouri.

My Grandson was taken there on 11/ 10 / 24 I am his guardian. When I call to check on him they tell me that they can't confirm he's there.Im seeing exactly where he at on my life 360 They were supposed to be told to contact me when he arrived there ..Who do I call 911 for a well being check

This was nothing as expected. Different staff different rules. Residents not put with like residents. The atmosphere was toxic & detrimental to helping. Some staff members hateful & unwilling to help you. Rules unexplained. Not being told family members called & staff lying to family members. Wouldn't recommend a place like this to my worst enemy.

This place has cold, institutional food, rude staff, the doctor was a sociopath and my stay was like that of a nightmare. Never again...
