As a former employee, I ALWAYS tried my best to be friendly and helpful to all the patients, as did MAJORITY of the staff I worked with. This was always made increasingly difficult by management who were only about numbers. Most days we were unappreciated and overworked due to massive short staffing! Absolutely awful experience from the start. They will tell you whatever they think you want to hear and then do the opposite. You will have multiple different therapists, crappy last second thrown together lesson plans, therapists that have no idea what they are doing and no pens/paper to write on. After escalating to the CEO, James Duff, and speaking with him I thought things would be resolved. This place was terrible. I was there in February- they never sent my prescription to the pharmacy. I called several times it is now 5/7. Spoke with Jordy in march who said she’d send it over. Lady on the phone today said Jordy isn’t allowed to even do that so that was a lie. Spoke with a nurse yesterday who told me she sent it over to CVS and will expect a call. Never was sent. Lady on the phone today said “yeah we can’t send this over since it’s been 3 months” WHEN THEY NEVER SENT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Not to mention when ... read more

I currently have a loved one in this service and my loved one has ptsd as one diagnosis, a tech grabbed her face this is NOT trauma informed care, also there was a med error made. My loved one told me about this. When staff grabbed her face I was on the phone with her. It is virtually impossible to get through on the phone, messages when I’ve actually gotten through to the nurses desk are not passed forward. They left severe bruising from an unnecessary injection. Seven patients were discharged on the same day as me due to legal concerns. My injuries have been documented even though they refused to do do so at the actual facility. I presented them with multiple opportunities to document my injuries for their own records which they refused. Signature will not be allowed to operate illegally and without compassion for patients well being or basic human rights in this current capacity for much longer.
