I was very impressed with the doctor and staff. The procedure/s I had done were not the most pleasant (nature of the game), but the doctor sincerely answered my questions and made things as comfortable as possible. They were great with working around my schedule and getting me in in a timely fashion. Only suggestion......warm up the lube?
Doctor tells me to schedule colonoscopy - so I call the Center .... first I get this rambling never-ending message taking me through all of the options ... push 1 for X, press 2 for y ... and then doing this repeatledly -- it took 4 minutes and 2 separate calls to determine which numbers to push to schedule an appointment ... and then I spent nearly 15 minutes on hold. OK - no worries - and then another 10 min to go through screening questions ... all of which are in my health record. So now 30+ minutes .... sheesh. And t... read more
Doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff is hard working and always making sure their patients are well taken care of which is important.
I don't like it what they did to me
Did not know about my lab results that they scheduled me to take before my initial appointment. Scrambled to figure out things while I'm in the doctor's office. Prescribed medication for two weeks to see if it would help. It is now four months later and they never followed up. I would not recommend.
