They did a real good job as I hoped would be done. Nick was up front and honest about all the work that needed to be done. The crew came in and worked hard every day, and finished up the 26 concrete piers in the time frame stated in the contract. It was nice having the electronic version of paperwork. Thinking of having them do my pool. I would give them a high recommendation if you’re thinking of having foundation repair done.

Scheduled an evaluation appointment with CENTEX to look at several issues with a home built by my grandfather and dad back in the early sixties. Due to obligations elsewhere I was unable to meet with the evaluator on the scheduled day. I called at the time of the appointment to speak directly with the evaluator during his site visit. Very impressed with the experience. They responded to online message within few hours, had the issue evaluated within the week. They reassured me that the crack I have is quite normal, explained all about rebar and construction processes. I’m grateful for honest professionals like this. Will be definitely using them if I have an issue in the future.

I was very concerned about my home' s foundation being in need of leveling. So I called CenTex to schedule an appointment. Mr. Pratt came out and took a very good look at all the different rooms, and the outside of the house. It turns out that everything is ok, and I do not need to get the foundation fixed after all. I really appreciated his patience with me, and all my questions were answered! If I ever will need this service, I definitely will call your business back! Thank you again!

I had a foundation leak which was a major issue. I had to get a foundation repair due to the leak and a tunnel dug out underneath the house for the plumbing repair. Their professional team got the repair and tunnel done while minimizing my stress. They had easy financing options and kept in touch with the plumbers which allowed me to be less involved saving me time.
