Today I experienced my first root canal. I was not looking forward to this, but the staff at the Orangeburg office were exceptional. Just walking in the office gives a calming feeling. Dr. Klus and Gretchen were so pleasant and professional with the care they gave me and the interaction between them, so pleasant. They were 5🌟awesome.
Dr. Mathews and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was a little nervous about having a root canal but I immediately relaxed and felt very comfortable with the way they treated me! From the front desk to the procedure and my exit it was a very pleasant experience. It's hard to believe I can say that about a root canal! I highly recommend them.
Very happy with the my experience. First time patient that came in with a tooth ache, and they took really good care of me. Very quick and courteous staff. Highly recommend.

I arrived expecting to get a simple consultation, and options for a tooth I was thinking of having removed and replaced with an implant. After some conversation with Dr, Klux I agreed (with quite a bit of apprehension) to have a root canal. I was convinced of her skill in performing the procedure and that she was understanding of my fear of the anticipated pain.
