Dr. Bonavilla & the entire staff were awesome. I explained my nervousness, and he immediately put me at ease. In fact, the dental assistant even offered her hand to me for support! Thank you so much for one of the best root canal experience I’ve ever had!

Wonderful experience here. I was told by a different practice that I needed a root canal, to go to an endodontist. They told me I did not need a root canal, and the sheer fact they were so open and honest with me was amazing. They could've just performed the procedure, but they knew I did not truly need it, and confirmed that with sensitivity tests. Dr. Bonavilla and his staff were great. I was very nervous and anxious and Dr. Bonavilla assured me everything would be okay. It was. I had a root canal with no after pain.
The first thing you notice is the welcome greeting when you walk in. The entire staff I encountered were friendly, happy & happy to explain everything. Dr Joseph Bonavilla just may be the best dentist I've ever encountered in my 67 years. HIGHLY recommend Central Carolina Endontics!
