The staffing was delightful. The procedure was quick, painless, and to the point. Approximately 3hrs after numbing wore off. My tooth didn't hurt and my jaw wasn't heavy feeling. It's like I didn't even have root canal done! The farewell cup was a nice touch!
The staff and Dr Bonivilla, were great. They explained everything and what was going to happen and when over explain the post Care and what I need to do with my primary dentist. I would strongly recommend the doctor, staff, and practice to anyone.
Dr. Mathews and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was a little nervous about having a root canal but I immediately relaxed and felt very comfortable with the way they treated me! From the front desk to the procedure and my exit it was a very pleasant experience. It's hard to believe I can say that about a root canal! I highly recommend them.
Very happy with the my experience. First time patient that came in with a tooth ache, and they took really good care of me. Very quick and courteous staff. Highly recommend.
Today I experienced my first root canal. I was not looking forward to this, but the staff at the Orangeburg office were exceptional. Just walking in the office gives a calming feeling. Dr. Klus and Gretchen were so pleasant and professional with the care they gave me and the interaction between them, so pleasant. They were 5🌟awesome.
