Loved Mandy and Dr. Reed who gave such good care to our little Daisy, our 13 year old "Villages" (senior living) graduate. Daisy feels better already and I can hear her eating.
Everyone was so caring and friendly, from the receptionist to the vet Dr. Wilkins. It was very obvious that these people are working there because they love animals and want to help keep them healthy and happy, and that they care about comforting the family as well. My brother and sister in law brought their beloved dog Sheila in Christmas Eve. Dr. Zachary Albudri DVM sat with them and Sheila and thoroughly explained possibilities and treatments. He took his time, was kind and caring, empathetic and honest. They left without having a mortgage of a payment either. Dr. Albudri my family thanks you for going above and beyond, for your kindness and generosity.
I had gotten a pit bull pup from from a guy in Bakersfield. He said the pup had shots and 1st worming. The next morning she was laying on the floor in pee/poo and wouldn't drink any water. Super weak and wouldn't stand up. I was so scared it was parvo. But one of the wonderful tech's. came car side to do a swab test. thankfully it was negative. It wound up being worms.She was treated like royalty. I was able to bring her home with med's. she is a happy playful little girl. Thanks to all at the clinic for your great care.
Thank you to Chris and Dr. Zach for the wonderful care you gave to Bentley yesterday. Both of us were traumatized by the dog attack he experienced and you treated us with such calmness and professionalism that we left feeling much better. Bentley is recovering well - a little stiff but he has his appetite back and has stopped shaking.
Staff is very caring and explain things very well. Took very good care of our cat who had to stay overnight.
I can't say enough great things about our experience at Central Coast Pet Emergency. Dr. Reed and the staff are superheroes. We were in Pismo for the weekend and we had a "Marley & Me" situation: our 4 yr old Chocolate Lab had his stomach bloat and twist. We brought him in because he just didn't seem right only to discover that he needed life- saving surgery. The staff was calm and welcoming, and very sympathetic to our situation.
