I can’t recommend Central Florida Home and Pools enough!! We bought our home in March and already came in knowing we had to resurface the pool. Bryan came and checked everything out and turns out all the equipment was broken and the pool had not been running for a very long time. We then get the project started and came across several leaks and other issues that we had to fix. Bryan was very professional, informative, and got the job done quicker than I anticipated. Every question was answered in a timely manner and he explained anything I did not understand. My pool was a big project and his crew handled it well. It had leaks, finish falling off and tile that was done poorly. His crew took it down to its original shell, redid the tile work perfectly and got my pool up and running for my family in a matter of weeks! Finished product was good - but getting there was anything but smooth. Communication was poor throughout the project Little guidance on pool design and what works well together (finish with tile selection, etc). Almost every timeline/deadline that was communicated was missed with no reasoning or explanation. Quick to threaten "breach of contract" when they think money is due.
