I saw Dr. Baran when I had a dental emergency and was in terrible pain. He was so sincerely compassionate He explained all the procedures and treatments to me and answered all my questions, I went for visits for many months and cannot say enough positive about his skill, caring and friendliness! The entire staff at CMOS went out of their way to make me feel comfortable
after a root canal I had done four years ago at another office failed and I developed a severe deep abcess I called CMOS for an extraction. I spent the whole night before crying I was in so much pain despite being on oxycodone, diclofenac, and amoxicillin. Dr. Colarusso was able to squeeze me in that day and within ten minutes of arrival and me explaining how scared I was he had me numbed and the tooth out, I didn't even know he had pulled it! Amazing! Super nice and he caters to cowards like me

Dr. Colarusso removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth. Dr. C and his team accommodated my needs with ease and their thorough care instructions made recovery a breeze. Any questions I had were answered and the staff was easy to contact post-operatively. I have since referred many friends and family members to CMOS. Their staff and facility are welcoming, friendly and professional.

He is the BEST!!!! For someone who is scared to death about getting teeth pulled, he and his staff made this painless. I would not go to anyone else but Central Massachusetts Oral.
