CNY Cremation Service couldn't have been any better! Art and Kristen were immediately responsive; Art was even available by phone while attending a family reunion. They were respectful and kind and knew exactly what needed to be done to notify Social Security, and acquire the needed death certificates. After our loved one had been cremated, Kristen respectfully returned his cremains and will come back to help us transfer the ashes to an urn of our choice. When my brother passed in Auburn, NY, I needed to arrange for cremation remotely from MA. From first contact, Art was incredibly responsive, professional and supportive. He also took care of many details I wasn't aware of when someone passes, which took a lot of stress out of the process. I highly recommend Art and Central NY Cremation when there is a need.

He explained what to expect in a thoughtful and detailed way. He made several follow up calls & provided very informative emails about things to consider and next steps. Losing someone you love is such a hard process. Art is such a breath of fresh air, when finding it hard to breathe going through this difficult life changing moment. Art explained everything we would need and he would do. No stupid questions and he has only honest answers. He listens without judgement and follows you even afterwards.
