The best doctors office I have been to in a very long time. This is my first time going to an ENT doctor and I’m so glad I went here. I recently had a tonsillectomy and Dr.Thomas and all of the nurses and staff were amazing. This was my first surgery and they all helped me have a great experience. Dr.Thomas is very kind and truly listens and cares. Dr. Lee has also been very kind and attentive with me over the phone regarding questions and concerns I have had over the weekend. I would highly recommend coming here.
Everyone was friendly nice. Doctor Thomas is a kind, professional caring Specialist doctor, who truly listens to your health concerns, and offers health advice and support ,and gives great feedback. No long waiting time to see the doctor. Short wait in waiting room.Everyone was nice , pleasant & receptionist greets you when u come inside the door. Great clinic to visit, you will be glad u did😊
The support staff was able to quickly add me to the schedule and Doctor Thomas diagnosed my symptoms immediately. I was started on a treatment plan the same day and provided a referral for a non-ENT issue. While the care is exceptional, I don't like the payment policy. Thanks for seeing me and I'll be back due to the great care and professionalism!
Dr Thomas was very caring and kind to me. He couldn't repair my vocal cords so he referred me to US Southwestern Hospital in Dallas. I've been waiting a long time but the facility called me today and I have an appointment to see a specialist. Thank you doctor Thomas
Dr. Thomas was very empathetic with my 4 1/2 year. He took the referral from the allergist and went straight to finding a solution instead of beating around the bush and setting appointment after appointment running tests. He was very courteous, responsive, respectful, honest, humble, and kind. The service is fast and professional. My son played in waiting room in playhouse and school bus and when he finished his visit, he got a treasure out of the treasure box.
