The doctor and the audiologist were nice and seemed knowledgeable. The office staff on the other hand needs a lot of help. I was provided with the price of my services and was told that it would not cover any additional services. No problem, because I asked if I would be told to cost before they did anything and was told ‘yes’ by the receptionist/office worker.
