Stephenie is the Crown Jewell of this fine establishment. I went in on 2.21.25 to rent a truck for movers that were arriving. Stephenie was there to warmly greet me and confirmed my details. Additionally we discussed what I needed and made a few modifications to my reservation to optimize my moving experience. I am thankful for the help, the details and explanation of expectations I was provided with. Thank you Stephenie, you rock! I highly recommend doing business with Central Park/Uhaul.
I rented a truck for my adult son to move apartments to and from. The office people at Uhaul were fabulous. He picked up same day! He dropped off that night and I paid for gas. Completely Competent and Kind. He recieved blankets, dolly, insurance and was able to drive the big truck. Compliments to Step in office and he said the truck was clean and in good repair. We are currently renting from them so I will be sure to update this review as we go. Decent storage unit. It did leak I bit from the rain recently, but not too much. There was a lot of add on fees it seemed like at check out, but they were one of the more fair priced storages out there, so we went with it anyway. Our unit has a working light with switch, and a one socket outlet for testing electronics,cjaring phone quick etc. Though they did mention to us that not all units have these amenities.. its kinda like a luck of the... read more
The lady in the office is super pleasant and helpful. The prices are very cheap and the site is very accessible. I’d recommend this place for storage as I know that I will return
Today (8/2/24) I worked with Jeannette C to rent a small storage unit. She was very friendly and did a great job explaining things even before I had asked any questions. As it turned out, about 2 hours later I found out I did not need the unit and contacted her. She was very willing and able to cancel it and was even able to cancel the charges! Should the need arise, I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much Jeannette!
