We are currently renting from them so I will be sure to update this review as we go. Decent storage unit. It did leak I bit from the rain recently, but not too much. There was a lot of add on fees it seemed like at check out, but they were one of the more fair priced storages out there, so we went with it anyway. Our unit has a working light with switch, and a one socket outlet for testing electronics,cjaring phone quick etc. Though they did mention to us that not all units have these amenities.. its kinda like a luck of the... read more
Place is a scam called multiple times before purchasing unit and they confirmed price before I moved my stuff in the for the $50 special I mpbe my stuff in the chatge me $100 I call and ask why their charging me. She says it was a new girl that entered the info and I then I asked why she couldn't just apply the discount. I come in the front desk lady calls her and asks her why she can't just switch my account , she says she just doesn't want to now im out $130 and my time. ( The manager Andrea Munoz) Needs to be fired
If I could give zero stars I would. We paid about $100/mo for outdoor trailer parking. The cost then continued to increase. Annoying, but we lived with it. Our trailer ultimately was stolen from here even thought it had a lock on it and supposedly “cameras” on the premises. Management was zero help. Proceed at your own risk.
If I could give zero stars I would. Was accosted by the front desk clerk after asking about their policy because I had property stolen from my camper stored here. I asked her to cancel my contract which she also refused to do because “she’s just a worker” and can’t do anything to help me. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Terrible service and your property is at risk.
I call every day to make a payment and they say won’t answer please don’t rent from them. I’ve left messages and called every day. They aren’t reliable. Don’t pay them for anything it’s not worth it.
