Safe, clean environment. Maintenance calls are responded to quickly.Office is very helpful. New washer and dryer work great with the card system.

Service on my last request was partially done quickly and accurately. Maintenance guys are great. The remainder I don't see happening since I've put in the request numerous times. This must be a Corporate issue since it keeps being ignored.

About a month ago, I made a maintenance request about my dishwasher. After maintenance checked it, they ordered me a brand new dishwasher and installed it when it arrived. After that, I noticed a small leak under my sink which got worse, so i made another maintenance request. They replaced some old water lines, and now it's great! Maintenance also cleaned up after themselves so it was hard to tell they were even there! Very happy!
