My oral surgery experience with the four or five staff members (TEAM) on Bridgeport Way Lakewood, WA was an outstanding visit (Excellent services)! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed! The receptionist, and the gentleman who took my x-ray were respectful and courteous, and I could not have asked for a better introduction. I was extremely nervous to have all four wisdom teeth extracted. This office made the process so smooth and honestly put my mind at ease the moment I came in for a consultation. They are so transparent with the pricing and working with your insurance as well as thorough in their explanation of pre-and post surgery instructions. Dr. Woo did an excellent job and every person in that office I spoke with was extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would say I’d be back, but hopefully I won’t have to go back!!
The staff is amazing, very friendly and professional. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. The doctor personally called me himself a few days after the procedure to check on me and gave me his cell phone number. He told me if I had any issues at all to call him directly. I have to say that they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I highly recommend. Central Sound Oral, Facial and implant Surgical Center.
Dr. Woo and his staff were very professional. They made me feel at ease going into the surgery. The outcome was excellent with very little discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr. Woo.
