Everyone at this practice, from the front desk on up to the surgeon, we're knowledgeable, wonderfully friendly, concerned and professional. I was able to schedule rigbt away, and they helped me to decide on the right anesthesia choices for me (local and laughing gas). The only thing I would have liked to see was written instructions for post-surgery. They were specific to me, so you couldn't have copies done up prior, but my mind was a bit foggy while I was receiving my instructions, and had a bit of trouble remembering. Ho... read more
I want to commend Dr. Lestert Woo on his professionalism in extracting my tooth today, 28 April 2025 at 12:00PM. I did not feel any pain and his way of communicating to me is ecellent by telling the tooth has been out just a matter of not even 5 minutes. He and the Cental Sound Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery staff were all nice and shown outstanding customer service. I am highly recommending the place if you have any problem on pulling your teeth, just go to this facility and see Dr. Lester Woo.
I recently had a dental implant procedure, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, the entire process was handled with professionalism and care. The surgeon took the time to explain every step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Was referred from my dentist for a tongue lesion that had stuck around for a couple of months, and could have been something serious. Central Sound got me in next day and am SO grateful for this, as the idea of something possibly life threatening can really shake you up. Turned out it was something very minor, but again Central Sound's concern and quick services will be remembered when oral surgery is warrranted in the future. Thank you Central Sound OFIS!
